Pro Circuit Team Rides Solid In Arlington

Corona, Calif. (February 22, 2016) – The Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki Team came out hungry in Arlington, Texas this past weekend. Joey Savatgy and Chris Alldredge both had solid heat runs, taking away 1st and 8th. Savatgy in the main event, came out of the gate leading the pack in lap #1, but a blocked line in the whoops by Honda rider Christian Craig, would send Savatgy to the ground, pushing him back to the #22 position. He would then make his way through pack to salvage points and finish 10th. Chris Alldredge had an overall solid performance in the main event working his way from a 12th place start to finish 8th.

Savatgy Stays Strong
Joey Savatgy came into AT&T Stadium with the mindset of pushing away with the points lead, but an accident in the main event, would push him back to second in the overall 250SX Point Series. He started the night off with a reassuring 1st place win in his heat race, and would continue his success leading the pack out of the gate in the main, but an unfortunate fall in the whoops would force him to finish 10th. Savatgy is currently in 2nd for the West 250 Series and expect to see him looking to reclaim that throne in Round 8.

“Tonight didn’t go quite as planned…We got off to a great start, winning my heat and grabbing the holeshot in the Main Event. Unfortunately I came together with another rider in the whoops and went down. We’ve got a break now, which will give the team and I a chance to work on a few things to come back swinging.”

Alldredge Lands Within The Top 10 At Texas
Chris Alldredge had a solid start in Arlington, finishing 8th in his heat race. He would later come out of the gate for the main in 12th and would aggressively push his tempo with confidence to work his way up to a solid 8th place finish. Alldredge is extremely eager to get back to work and land on that podium.

“Today went pretty well, I didn’t get off the line very well, but plugged away and got up to eighth. We’re going to start doing some outdoor training and I’ll be ready for Santa Clara in a few weeks.”
